Introduction of Tieguanyin:
Tieguanyin tea, a traditional Chinese tea, belongs to oolong tea category and is one of the top ten famous teas in China. Originally produced in Xiping Town, Anxi County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, it was discovered in 1723-1735. "Tie Guanyin" is not only the name of tea, but also the name of tea variety. Tieguanyin tea is between green tea and black tea. It belongs to semi-fermented tea. Tieguanyin has a unique "Kuanyin rhyme". It has a delicate fragrance and has a natural orchid after brewing. Fragrant, pure and rich in flavor, long-lasting aroma, and "the reputation of seven bubbles with a fragrance." Tieguanyin's brewing method:
Use ceramic pots and small pots (small cups), first boil hot with boiling water, then fill the pot with the equivalent of one-half to two-thirds of the pot of tea, flushed with boiling water. The first two teas are usually discarded. Because of the initial tea, the dust still exists, and the smell of anxiety is also slightly heavy, which is not suitable for the entrance. These two teas will be used to warm the teacups. After the two waters, the teacups will be warm. The third boiling water is washed into the pot. After 1 to 2 minutes, the tea is poured into the small pot.
